1.The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the cumulative enlargement to the roof would be greater than 40 cubic metres and therefore contrary to Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B(d)(i) of the above-mentioned Order.
