Order 2015. The proposed single storey rear extension would have a 6m depth on a semi-detached house. For it to be classed as permitted development, it needs a prior approval - "no prior approval required". A prior approval was submitted (Y0184.22) and refused at validation stage due to the staggered rear wall of original house. Planning permission is therefore required. |
