| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A and B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically:
1. The proposed side extension would be joined to the existing rear extension. The total enlargement of them both would result in the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse extending beyond a wall forming a side elevation of the original dwellinghouse and having a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse.
2. The cubic content of the resulting roof space exceeds the cubic content of the original roof space by more than 50 cubic metres. |
