| 1. | It is considered that the proposed use of part of the existing site as an MOT test centre would be ancillary to the main us of the site within Class B2 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) and no material change of use would have taken place from the current lawful use within Class B2 of that Order and it is therefore recommended that a Certificate of Lawfulness be issued in this instance. |
