| 1. | As a result of a proposed enlargement to the roof, the cubic content of the resulting roof space would exceed the cubic content of the original roof space by more than 50 cubic metres. As such the proposal does not comply with the Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the General Permitted Development Order. |
| 2. | You are advised that in order for the proposed roof extension to comply with the provisions of permitted development rights as set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the General Permitted Development Order, the proposed materials must match those of the existing roof. You are also advised that any future submissions should be accompanied by volume calculations and accurate dimensions. |
