| 1. | The operations do not fall within the tolerances of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the works required to remove the existing rear outrigger constructed under P0446.88 and to re-instate the original roof form are beyond the scope of what is allowed under Class B and do not accurately meet the criteria to enlarge, improve or alter a dwelling under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the GPDO. As such, planning permission is required. |
