1.The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically: 1. The proposed rear extension would extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse by more than 4 metres and would also be joined to an existing detached garage. The cumulative depth of the proposed rear extension and detached garage would exceed the limits for detached houses set out in sub-paragraph (f) of Class A.
