1.The proposed cartlodge would be situated on land forward of a wall forming the principal elevation of the original dwellinghouse and therefore the proposals would not comply with provisons of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
2.The applicant is advised that should a further submission be made that it would need to be evidenced how a building of the scale and location shown would be incidental to the main dwelling house. In the absence of compelling evidence otherwise this would render the proposals non-compliant with the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
