As with all permitted development, all of the development needs to be within the curtilage of the application site, in this instance 2 Little Gaynes Gardens, Upminster. Should a planning application be submitted, it is suggested that this anomaly should be corrected on any revised drawings or that the relevant notice is served on the adjoining neighbour. |
