| 3. | The applicant should note that conditions cannot be imposed on a Certificate of Lawfulness application.Mindful that a contaminated land condition was imposed on P0547.19, the applicant should liaise with the Building Control Department and undertake any measure to safeguard the users of the outbuilding from contaminated land / landfill gas and advise should be sought from the Building Control Department prior to the commencement on site. |
| 4. | Please note that this certificate is granted for the outbuilding to be used as a home gym and as described on the application form. It must only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of 18 Frederick Road, Rainham and not for any trade or business nor as living accommodation. Should business or living accommodation use be intended, an application for full planning permission must be applied for and permission granted before such use could occur. The use of outbuildings as living accommodation is not typically deemed acceptable therefore it is important the outbuilding is only used for the purposes as listed above. |
