| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the proposed extension would not be a minimum of 7 metres away from any boundary of its curtilage which is opposite the rear wall of the house being enlarged. Also, the proposal would be within 2 metres of the boundary of the curtilage of the dwelling and its eaves height would exceed 3 metres. |
