1.The proposed works come within the definition of 'operations that do not involve development' under Part (2)(ii) of Section 55 of Town and Country Planning Act 1990, thereby not requiring planning permission.
2.The proposed works are permitted by Section 55 of Town and Country Planning Act 1990 subject to the following condition: The materials used in any exterior work must be of exactly the same appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing building approved under P1918.11.
3.The applicant is advised that this Certificate relates solely to the item detailed above and shown on drawings dated February 2021: Furthermore this Certificate does not in any way alter or remove any previous conditions imposed on the original approved application reference P1918.11.
4.This certificate provides confirmation that the development is lawful. You should also check whether the development requires separate Building Regulation consent.
