| 1. | The proposed use so long as there would be no more than 6 person (all adults) at any given time in the building where limited care is provided for the adults, would be within the provisions of the Class C3b of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) and no material change of use would have taken place from the current lawful use within Class C3(a) of that Order. |
| 2. | The certificate would not obviate the need to follow the rules and regulations governing or presiding the estate or to contravene any covenant or any other legal requirement to run a business from the premises. |
