1.The area of the site to which the application relates and shown outlined in red on drawing no. 262-14 Rev B does not include the main dwelling house. The proposed cart-lodge would effectively be shown on land that is not within the curtilage of a dwelling house. As such the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 cannot apply as they extend only to land within the curtilage of a dwelling house.
