| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, photographs received during the application process show that the original roof of the property has been demolished and re-built as part of the construction of the loft conversion. However, Class B allows for the enlargement of a dwellinghouse consisting of an addition or alteration to its roof. As such, the developments are not considered to comply with Schedule, 2, Part 1, Class B of the GPDO. |
