- Operated on an appointment only basis
- Appointment times not to exceed 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday
do not, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority give rise to a material change of use of the dwelling and so do not constitute development as defined by s55 of the Town and Council Planning Act 1990, thereby not requiring planning permission. |
