| 1. | The proposal fails to come within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes B and C of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, thereby planning permission is required.
The proposal does not accord with conditions set out in Class B (B1) (e) and Class C (C1) (d) as the existing chimney on the northern side elevation would need to be removed to make way for the side dormer.
Plans should also identify the materials to be used on the external walls of the proposed side and rear dormer windows. |
