1.The proposal includes the removal/demolition of the existing roof over the single storey rear extension granted planning permission under ref:1910/83 in 1984 and the retention of a flat roofed single storey element which constitutes development requiring planning permission according to Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). As such, the proposal does not constitute permitted development as it is not within the tolerances of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as amended.
