1.The proposed use of the outbuilding is not considered to give rise to any material change of use of the building approved under application reference P0279.20 and therefore does not require any further grant of planning permission.
2.This certificate provides confirmation that the development is lawful. You should also check whether the development requires separate Building Regulation consent. Information is available on the Building Control webpages and the team is available between 9am and 10am Monday to Friday via 01708 432700.
3.Any residential occupation of the building subject of this Certificate shall be limited to immediate family members of the family occupying the main house at 63 Crystal Avenue, Hornchurch for residential purposes and shall not be occupied by any other persons. The unit shall not be disposed of as a separate unit of residential accommodation from the use of the main dwelling.
4.The applicant is advised that the building subject of this Certificate application is subject to conditions imposed under planning permission P0279.20 and that failure to comply with any other of those conditions may mean that the Certificate hereby granted can no longer be relied upon.
