| 1. | The proposal is not within the tolerance of the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A and B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. Permission also includes demolition to the existing side extension. This alteration is over and above what can be altered under Classes A and B. Alteration would involve a substantial element of the original roof to be removed. |
