1.The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, extending the existing front canopy would extend this development beyond a wall which forms the principal elevation of the original dwellinghouse. As such, planning permission is required.
2.Should another Lawful Development Certificate application be submitted that includes proposed dormer windows, due to the number of casements, they should be fitted with obscured glass.
