Specifically, extending the existing front canopy would extend this development beyond a wall which forms the principal elevation of the original dwellinghouse. As such, planning permission is required. |
| 2. | Should another Lawful Development Certificate application be submitted that includes proposed dormer windows, due to the number of casements, they should be fitted with obscured glass. |
