Specifically, the materials used in the exterior work of the proposed rear dormer would not be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. Also, the proposed development entails the replacement of the existing roof with a new one rather than an addition or alteration of the roof. |
