| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the materials used in the exterior work of the proposed rear dormer would not be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. Also, the proposed development entails the replacement of the existing roof with a new one rather than an addition or alteration of the roof. |
