| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically:
1. The proposal would result in the loft conversion being set flush with the external wall of the existing dwelling. The rear dormer is within 20mm of the eaves
2. The materials used on the exterior of the rear dormer are not of similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. The side and part rear of the dormer would not be finished in materials that give a similar visual appearance to the roof of the existing house. |
