1.The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes B and D of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically: 1 - The proposal would result in the loft conversion being set flush with the external wall of the existing dwelling and would not be set back 200mm and the materials used on the exterior of the rear dormer are not of similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. The side of the dormer would not be finished in materials that give a similar visual appearance to the roof of the existing house. 2 - The ground area of the proposed porch would exceed 3 square metres and be more than 3 metres above ground level.
2.There appears to be some anomalies in the drawings. In the event of a re-submission, the applicant is informed to ensure the drawings are accurately drawn.
