| 1. | In the absence of adequate information in respect of the operation of the use on site, the Local Planning Authority is not satisfied that the use described in this application would fall within Class C3 (b) of the Use Classes Order 1987 as amended or whether if there is a change of use, whether this would be material or not.

However, aerial view images from Google StreetView TM, shows the host dwelling is finished with a gabled roof design. The applicant is informed to ensure that accurate drawings are submitted for any future submission. |
