| 1. | The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically itemised below:
Due to the change in roof pitch/shape beyond existing, the proposal represents an enlargement as well as alteration to the dwelling and all conditions/limitations need to be satisfied:
- The altered/enlarged rear extension would extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse by more than 3 metres.
- The alterations/addition of the proposed rear extension would be joined to an existing extension that create a wrap around effect which would result in it extending beyond a wall forming a side elevation of the original dwelling and being more than half the width of the original dwelling. |
