1.The proposed conversion of integral garage to habitable use, including alterations to front elevation would not comply with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as the application site does not benefit from such permitted development rights which have been removed by planning permission reference. 1809/68 granted for the original residential development on land west of Suttons Lane and it is therefore recommended that a Certificate of Lawfulness is REFUSED.
