| 1. | The Local Planning Authority are of the opinion that insufficient qualitative and quantitative evidence has been provided in support of the contention that the self-contained unit has been in residential use for more than 4 years from the date of the application. The residential use of the unit is therefore not deemed lawful within the meaning of Section 191(2) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended. |
