1.No qualitative and quantitative evidence has been provided in support of the resultant building on the site to have existed for 4 year before the date of the application and the lack of substantive evidence is considered to weigh against the proposals. Therefore, the operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended.
2.The operations does not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, the proposed resultant outbuilding would be within 2 metres of the boundary of the curtilage of the dwellinghouse with its height exceeding 2.5m.
