The loft conversion including the hip to gable roof alteration and rear dormer window are not considered to be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 1995, as amended by the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008 insofar as that the development has been constructed within roof of a two storey side extension which was approved under planning reference P0249.92.
2.	This application is subject to a Planning Enforcement investigation and given the refusal of this application that formal enforcement action will be taken.
