| 1. | In the absence of adequate information in respect of the operation of the existing use on site, the Local Planning Authority is not satisfied that the use described in this application would fall within Class C3 (b) of the Use Classes Order 1987 as amended. It would therefore result in a material change in the use of this property from a dwelling house C3 (a) to a residential institution (C2) and for this reason would require planning permission. |
