| 1. | The evidence submitted in support of the application demonstrates, on the balance of probabilities, that the following uses of the buildings, as labelled on the submitted 'Site Plan', commenced more than 10 years before the date of the application and accordingly are exempt from enforcement action:
- Building 3 - B2 use (general industrial);
- Building 3b - B8 use (storage and distribution);
- Building 6 - B1 use (office/light industrial);
- Building 7 - B2 use (general industrial);
- Building 14 - B2 use (general industrial); and
- Building 17 - B2 use (general industrial). |
