1.The existing development falls outside the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended); Section (f)(i) The enlarged part of the dwellinghouse extends beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse by more than 3 metres in the case of a semi-detached dwelling and sufficient evidence has not been submitted to demonstrate, beyond reasonable doubt, that the extension has existed for four years.
