| 1. | The submitted evidence is sufficient to allow the Local Planning Authority to conclude that on the balance of probability, the annexe shown in plan ref. 105-03 has been used as a granny residential annexe ancillary to the dwelling house at 69 Newtons Close, Rainham Rm13 7AX. As such, in accordance with Section 191(4) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), it is the duty of the local planning authority to grant this application. |
