1. | It is considered that the proposal falls outside of the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as the outbuilding is connected to the existing larger homes rear extension which is 6m deep by wires, brick works and potentially the foundation/footings of the rear extension. There is no meaningful gap between the two structures.
As a result, it is considered that the proposed outbuilding to be retained in not permitted development. |
