1. | The single storey side extension is not considered to be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 1995, as amended by the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008 insofar as the eaves of the single storey side extension is higher than the eaves of the original dwelling house and the materials used in any exterior work of the single storey side extension are not similar in appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. |
2. | The loft conversion including the hip to gable roof alteration and rear dormer window are not considered to be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 1995, as amended by the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008 insofar as that the development as a result of the works, would exceed the height of the highest part of the existing roof of the original dwelling house. |
