1.The use of the premises for 4 unrelated adults as supported living accommodation and one member of staff staying overnight and no more than 5 bedrooms overall is considered to fall within C3(b) Use Class under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended), and therefore does not constitute a material change of use of the premises, by virtue of Section 55 (2)(f) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The circumstances of the property/occupants may change to the extent that planning permission may be required. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the operations associated with 219 Crow Lane, Romford are lawful and that the premises functions as a C3(b) use.
