| 1. | Condition 1 of T/APP/C/89/B5480/10-11/P6 is not considered to prevent occupation by any other person, so long as Mr Chutter remained in occupation. The occupation of the site by the persons named in this submission is not considered to reflect a breach of Condition 1. |
| 2. | The expansion of the site into previously undeveloped areas through operational development to create hard-standing, removal of landscaping/planting, siting of additional caravans in addition to the material change of use of the land from its former use has created a new larger planning unit and established a new planning chapter for the site as a whole as it exists presently. |
