| 1. | Insufficient qualitative evidence has been provided to demonstrate that the conversion of the garage and breach of Condition 2 (Garage restriction) of P1690.99 occurred not less than ten years prior to submission of the current application.
Please note that it is important to recognise that refusal to issue a lawful development certificate is not of itself conclusive that a development or activity is not lawful, only that in so far as at the time of submission, insufficient evidence was provided to confirm otherwise. |
