| 1. | The demolition works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the details contained in the covering letter dated 20 April 2018 and the submitted Strategic Construction Environmental Management Plan ref C0741-65/CMP/001 dated 13/04/2018 produced by Bellway and shall be confined to the buildings identified on Drawing 15855 TP109 Rev 05 and 17524-TP-SK001 Rev 04. |
| 2. | The hours of works shall be 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays.
Reason:-
To minimise the impact of the development on the surrounding area in the interests of amenity, and that the development accords with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
| 3. | The demolition and site clearance works shall in addition be carried out in accordance with the recommendations and methods outlined in the Oakwood Demolition Demolition Statement, Detailed Remedial Method Statement (RMS-17855C1-18-151 Rev A) April 2018, Preliminary Bat Roost Assessment (Southern Ecological Solutions 18-4-18) |
