| 1. | The Demolition Methodology submitted is not sufficiently precise or relative to the site in question on matters of noise, dust control and management of vehicles attending the site and how the potentially material and adverse impacts which may arise as a result would be mitigated. Through not being sufficiently detailed and precise as to proposed methodology the London Borough of Havering determines that the Prior-Approval is Required and Refused under the provisions of Part 11, Class B, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. |
