| 2. | The use of the building(s) hereby permitted shall be limited to agricultural purposes only, as defined by Section 336 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and for no other purpose.
Reason:-
To restrict the use of the building to one compatible with the surrounding rural area which is within the Metropolitan Green Belt. |
| 3. | The application property is within the Metropolitan Green Belt where there are restrictions over development. In view of those extensions which have already taken place and/or been granted permission, it should not be assumed that further extensions will be agreed. |
