| 1. | The hazardous substances shall not be kept or used other than in accordance with the particulars provided on the application form, nor outside the areas marked for storage of the substances on the plans which formed part of the application (including "Riverside STW Site Location Plan - Drawing No. Riverside/2018/HSC1, dated 07/03/2018)."
The hazardous substances shall be stored and processed as per the Restricted Version of the Hazardous Substances Consent Application Supporting Statement and associated site location Plan

The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the consent would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted.
