1.Prior Approval is given in accordance with the details as provided within the application.
2.Before the building(s) hereby permitted is first occupied, the car parking space shown on Drawing No. CRL.315.PR.BP.01 shall be retained permanently for the apartments hereby permitted and shall not be used for any other purpose. Reason:- To ensure that car parking accommodation is made permanently available to the standards adopted by the Local Planning Authority in the interest of highway safety, and that the development accords with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC33.
3.Before the development hereby permitted commences, details of a scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority which specifies the provisions to be made for the control of noise effecting the site. Such scheme as may be approved shall be implemented prior to first occupation and thereafter retained in accordance with such details. Reason: To protect the amenity of future residents.
4.The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision.
