1.Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application.
2.The development shall not be occupied until a parking management and allocation scheme, showing provision of at least 12 parking spaces as well as how parking spaces will be dedicated to the proposed flats and preventing use of the spaces by non-residents, is submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such parking spaces as shown on the plan and in accordance with the scheme provided shall be provided prior to first occupation and retained thereafter permanently. Reason: In order that the development accord with LDF Policy DC33.
3.The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision.
