| 1. | The site photographs for application J0020.23, (J0041.23 and J0008.25) show the building has a new roof with roof lights and a window has been added on its rear elevation, which require planning permission and demonstrates that the alterations had already started prior to the determination of this application. Consequently, under the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2021 [as amended], the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority is refused. |
