| 1. | Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application. |
| 2. | Prior to the first occupation of the dwellings hereby permitted, the internal bin store shown on Drawing No.'s LIVARCH/44SS/203 Issue A and LIVARCH/44SS/204 Issue A shall be provided. The internal bin store shall be permanently retained thereafter.
Reason: To protect the amenity of occupiers of the development and also the locality generally. |
| 3. | The scheme to control noise, as detailed in the Noise Impact Assessment provided by AF Acoustics Ltd, dated 28th April 2026, ref 3243-AF-00001-01 submitted with this application shall be implemented, as a minimum, before the hereby permitted use commences. Such a scheme as approved shall be implemented prior to first occupation and thereafter retained and maintained in accordance with such details.
Reason: To protect the amenity of the residential properties. |
| 4. | The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision. |
