1.Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application.
2.Prior to the first occupation of the dwellings hereby permitted, the internal bin store shown on Drawing No.'s LIVARCH/44SS/203 Issue A and LIVARCH/44SS/204 Issue A shall be provided. The internal bin store shall be permanently retained thereafter. Reason: To protect the amenity of occupiers of the development and also the locality generally.
3.The scheme to control noise, as detailed in the Noise Impact Assessment provided by AF Acoustics Ltd, dated 28th April 2026, ref 3243-AF-00001-01 submitted with this application shall be implemented, as a minimum, before the hereby permitted use commences. Such a scheme as approved shall be implemented prior to first occupation and thereafter retained and maintained in accordance with such details. Reason: To protect the amenity of the residential properties.
4.The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision.
