| 1. | The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision. Failure to commence within this time period would require a fresh application. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans listed below:
