| 1. | The proposal would not constitute permitted development in respect of Class Q(a) and Q(b) of the GPDO 2015, as the scale of the reconstruction and replacement of the existing and missing fabric of the barn in order to structurally accommodate new walls and a replacement duo pitched roof would be work which would go well beyond that which is "reasonably necessary" in accordance with Class Q, Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) (or any Order revoking and/or re-enacting that Order). |
