1.Prior Approval is required (given) in accordance with the details as provided within the application.
2.The area set aside on the ground floor for refuse storage and cycle storage, as shown on drawing no. 490 PRA01, shall be provided prior to the first occupation of the residential units hereby approved and shall be maintained permanently thereafter for use by the occupiers of the proposed residential units. Reason: To ensure that acceptable provision is made for the storage of refuse created by the development and that suitable cycle storage provision is made available, particularly given the absence of any dedicated off street parking provision.
3.The change of use as described in this Prior Approval notification must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this decision.
